It’s great to get calls and be invited to provide drone services for unique places. Recently we were called out to produce drone fly over videos of the real estate perimeter of the Brantford Twin Valley Zoo just outside of Hamilton, in Brantford.

Although it was a cold morning, we ended up getting quite a few decent fly-over videos and some great still-shots. This was more or less a mission involving a form of surveying as the zoo if revving up for upgrades ready for next summer and would like to get a topical idea of the layout of the land they’re going to be working with.

Unfortunately it was a tad cold that morning so most of the animals were hiding in their dens, but if you look closely you can see them. At one point you can see the lions walking around.

We’d also like all our readers to know that no animals were frightened during any of the drone footage we filmed; the drone we used for this mission is quite light and generally quiet so everyone was able to remain calm during the shooting.
